Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. In the case of backordered items your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
*All orders are subject to availability. If your order can not be filled because the item is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone and the item will be taken off of your order.
*Items on the site UK.JonathanAdler.com which are available for sale and in stock will only be delivered to UK locations.
*All shipping prices on UK.JonathanAdler.com apply only for delivery within the UK. At the present time delivery outside of the UK may be arranged through our US Customer Service/Sales department 1.800.963.0891 with international Shipping being handled From the US locations.

Merchandise purchased from UK.JonathanAdler.com, with the exception of bedding, lighting and furniture, may be sent back for refund within 28 days of purchase. Merchandise will be inspected and only merchandise in perfect condition will be accepted as a return.
All bedding is a final sale.
Please note: Custom orders may not be returned, special offers may not be returned or exchanged, and sale merchandise is final sale and not returnable.
Shipping charges apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the clients responsibility. Merchandise may be returned via the website (return address is below) or any of our store locations.
Returns and Exchanges Procedures
If you do not have an account go to step #3.
1. If you have an account please click "Your Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History". Scroll down to "Create Return Request", select the items and reasons for the return and click "Create". Click the assigned RMA# to print a return slip.
2. Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.
3. Include a copy of the return slip or receipt with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time returned merchandise is received at our returns center for processing and the return of appropriate funds to your credit card.

International Checkout and Shipping
Please note the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shipping charges. Jonathan Adler is not responsible or liable for shipping costs or damages during shipping. We recommend insuring your international orders. International orders are ALL FINAL SALE.
