Zebra Peruvian Flat Weave Rug
Cruelty Free.
A zebra rug even a zebra would own. With help from Aid to Artisans, this rug was handmade with style, craft and joy by a very groovy Peruvian family of expert weavers. Every step, from hand-dying the wool to hand-weaving the pattern on the loom, was done with great skill and care. The colors are rich thanks to the hand-dying process, and each rug is unique, thanks to the sublime nature of handcraftsmanship. Plus, our wool comes from llamas raised at high altitudes in the Andes. High altitude means lots of naturally occurring lanolin, which makes for extremely soft, more stain-resistant, and decidedly durable rugs.
