RETURNS

Merchandise purchased from uk.JonathanAdler.com, with the exception of lighting and furniture, may be sent back for refund within 28 days of purchase. Merchandise will be inspected and only merchandise in perfect condition will be accepted as a return.

 

Lighting and Furniture Returns: Every item in our lighting and furniture collections is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact customerservice@jonathanadler.com within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In some circumstances such as refusal of delivery/return, a usage or restocking fee of 15–25% may apply. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

 

Please note: Custom orders may not be returned, special offers may not be returned or exchanged, and sale merchandise is final sale and not returnable.

 

Shipping charges apply for ALL returns and exchanges and are the clients responsibility. Merchandise may be returned via the website (return address is below) or any of our store locations.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

  1. Reach out to customerservice@jonathanadler.com for RMA #.

  2. Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.

  3. Include a copy of the return slip or receipt with your package.

  4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

  5. Address the package to: Jonathan Adler Warehouse c/o DHL Supply Chain 33 Thames Road Barking, Essex, UK IG11 0HQ

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time returned merchandise is received at our returns center for processing and the return of appropriate funds to your credit card.
