We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, you may return most new and unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or merchandise exchange, with proof of purchase. Merchandise will be inspected and only merchandise in perfect condition will be accepted as a return. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds are credited in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.
Lighting and Furniture Returns: Every item in our lighting and furniture collections is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. In some circumstances such as refusal of delivery/return, a usage or restocking fee of 15–25% may apply. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. When returning pottery, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
Please note: Custom furniture and art purchased from our Sloane Avenue location are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
No need to let the gift giver know about the return; we are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the merchandise total directly to you! To process a gift return, contact email@example.com. You may return gifts from your Wedding or Gift Registry up to 30 days after your event. Proof of purchase required.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
You may return orders placed between November 1 and December 25 until January 24. These items must meet all return eligibility requirements (listed above).
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

Please write very visibly your RMA # on the outside of the package.
Include a copy of the return slip or receipt with your package.
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.

Please allow up to 5 business days from the time returned merchandise is received at our returns center for processing and the return of appropriate funds to your credit card.
