Careful craft goes into creating our shaggy pile—each piece is hand-woven then cut and hand-carved so the wool is recessed, creating a low-shed rug with high dimension. The resulting higher knot count means maximum durability and ultimate softness.

• Vacuum regularly on a low power setting to reduce shedding; Use a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush as it may cause damage; Shading will occur as the pile shifts and tracking will occur from foot steps
• For best results, vacuum in the direction of the pile to avoid pushing dirt back into carpet fibers
• Treat spills immediately with a clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly to absorb as much as possible; Do not scrub as it could warp the pile
• For hard to remove stains, we recommend professional cleaning; Harsh chemicals may damage or fade rugs
• Shedding of loose fibers may occur but will diminish over time; Expect the most shedding to occur within the first 3–6 months
• If loose threads occur, do not pull—clip with scissors to remove
